尚、我社は刃物を主体に、販売をする商社故、特に切味を重視し販売する事。その為、刃物鋼とは何かを研究しその重要性を学び御得意様が納得するまで、製 造工程・熱処理関係を説明すると、心を開き（胸襟を開く）又、安心して受注が増えるのは、過去の営業経験上及び、実績上間違いありません。
最近、安来鋼青紙スーパーに力を入れ、販売をしておりますが、世界一の刃物鋼にて、スエーデンの東郷鋼に優るとも劣らぬ鋼であり、自信を持ち（材質を凌駕）販売され度し。
安来鋼青紙スーパーについて、FAXにてその試験成績表を送付致しますがその結果、青紙スーパーは、火造り（鋼を加熱し形を造る）をする時、必ず真空焼 鈍炉にて、球状化焼鈍をし、焼入・焼戻しをして、百パーセントの切味が出るのですが、製造工程が大変難しく、製造原価も高くなり、よって複合鋼材（青スー パー）を球状化焼鈍した材料をプレス型抜にて成形し、規程の焼入温度（八二〇度）保持時間（五分間）を経て、焼戻し（一八〇度）で、一時間を（二回）焼戻 しをして、製品化する次第であります。
この焼入の保持時間を我慢する職人さんが希れで数量が期待出来ない。又、何故日立金属安来工場の鋼にこだわるかは、刃物に害を及ぼすS（イオウ）・ P（リン）の含有量が、他社刃物鋼と比較し一桁少なく切味の持続性が、良いのが最大の理由であります。

When fire polishing (heating steel to shape it) Yasuki Aogami always perform rounded-annealing in their vacuum grill,quench and then temper the steel to produce 100％sharpness.However, the manufacturing process for this is extermely difficult and expensive. Thus, Yasuki Aogami’s compound steels are shaped in a press cutter, quenched at the regulated temperature of 820° and then preserved for 5 minutes. They are then tempered at 180° twice, one hour each time. The number of companies who are willing to wait the stated preservation period for quenching is very low.
